SPACs are a sound financial mechanism for taking companies public but the incentives are misaligned between sponsors and managers. There will be great performing SPACs, unfortunately, the space is riddled with outright fraud. SPAClash.com was created in Feb ’21 and to take short positions in companies with minimal revenue, no product in-market, and outlandish projections.

The Veblen Index is architected to take advantage of these transitional moments in an assets lifecycle.
